We offer four vehicle categories to match your group size: Standard Sedan (1–3 passengers + luggage), SUV (1–4 passengers + luggage), Van (5–8 passengers), and Minibus (9–16 passengers). For airport transfers, full payment is required at booking to confirm your reservation. For tours and day trips, a 50% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due on the day of the tour. Airport transfers can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, we can usually accommodate a date or time change at no penalty, subject to availability. Medellín is now considered one of the safest major cities in Colombia for tourists. Popular neighborhoods like El Poblado, Laureles, and Envigado have a strong tourist infrastructure and very low crime rates. Like any major city, common-sense precautions apply: avoid displaying expensive jewelry or electronics, use trusted transportation, and stick to well-known areas. Medellín enjoys "eternal spring" weather year-round at an average of 22°C (72°F). The best months are December–January and June–August — both dry seasons with the most sunshine. August hosts the world-famous Feria de las Flores (Flower Festival), the city's biggest annual event. To avoid crowds, visit in March, May, or October. Evenings are pleasantly cool thanks to the city's 1,495 m altitude.

Travel insurance is not legally required to enter Colombia, but it is strongly recommended. Medical costs for uninsured foreigners can be very high. A solid policy should cover emergency medical treatment, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and travel delays. Note that most US domestic health insurance plans do not cover international travel. Colombia uses the Colombian Peso (COP). You do not need to exchange money before arriving — ATMs in Medellín offer excellent exchange rates using your regular debit or credit card. Avoid airport exchange booths, which charge poor rates.
