DEPOSIT POLICY: Deposit is 50% due at time of booking. The final payment will be due 14 days prior to your arrival. There is an authorization taken on your credit card for the security deposit of $300.00 on the date of arrival. It will be released once you check out, as long as there is no damage to the apartment.
